DAFE Founding Affiliate Terms (Summary)

Commissions are 30% of the discounted final price paid by the customer (USD) — not the original price.
Commissions are earned on successful, non-refunded active paid Pro subscriptions only.
Monthly commissions are recurring while the referred customer remains an active paying subscriber.
Yearly commissions apply to the first year's payment by default.
Refunded or charged-back payments result in commission reversal or deduction from future payouts.
Canceled subscriptions stop generating future commissions.
Free users, trial users, and failed payment accounts do not generate commissions.
Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship where legally required.
No spam, misleading claims, fake income promises, or unrealistic earnings guarantees are permitted.
Paid ads using DAFE brand keywords are not allowed without prior written approval.
No self-referrals unless explicitly permitted by DAFE in writing.
DAFE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for policy violations.
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations on earned commissions.
Minimum payout threshold is $25 USD. Amounts below threshold carry over to the next month.
DAFE may update affiliate terms at any time with reasonable notice.
Fraud or manipulation of tracking data results in immediate suspension and commission reversal.
