DAFE fetches this public JSON feed server-side, normalises the format for display, and presents it to you within the DAFE interface. Forex Factory (forexfactory.com) is the originator and rights holder of this data. DAFE does not claim ownership of the underlying event data. "Forex Factory" and the Forex Factory logo are trademarks of their respective owner and are used here for identification of the data source only. ## Licensing Status The Forex Factory economic-calendar JSON feed at nfs.faireconomy.media is a publicly accessible endpoint. DAFE's use consists of server-side fetching, temporary caching (up to 6 hours for performance), format normalisation, and display to authenticated DAFE users. DAFE is in the process of verifying the formal contractual terms that govern display, caching, reformatting and any redistribution of this feed. Where a formal licence or written permission is required for DAFE's specific use case, DAFE will obtain it before relying on the feed in production. Until such verification is complete, this is flagged as a Critical Legal Launch Blocker in DAFE's internal legal audit and the feed is operated on the basis of the publicly available endpoint terms.
